WEEKEND EVENT RATES (Fri–Sun)
- Daytime 10 AM – 3 PM $550
- Evening 5 PM – 10 PM $750
- Late-Night Add-On 10 PM – 12 AM $200
WEEKDAY RATES (Mon–Thu)
- Hourly (3-hour minimum) $85/hr
- Extended Hours (After 10 PM) $100/hr

BASE RENTAL INCLUDES
- 50 Gold Chiavari chairs
- Five 60-inch round tables (fits 8–10 guests each)
- Three rectangular tables (buffet, gifts, or extra seating)
- Full access to THE VENUE space
Note: Linens, chair covers, décor, lighting, and other enhancements are optional add-ons.
Security Deposit:
$250 refundable deposit due at signing. Returned within 7 days after event inspection, assuming no damages or violations of venue policies.
Christaz Place Booking Policy
To secure your date, a non-refundable 50% retainer and a $250 damage deposit is required. The remaining balance to be paid no later than 14 days to your event.
The damage deposit is refundable within 7-10 business days following the event, provided there are no incidentals or damages.
Please factor your Set-up and clean-up when booking the venue. Clients have the option to purchase extra hours for set-up or breakdown.

Rate does not change if client wants to book the space alone without any tables and chairs.
Clients have the option to upgrade their rentals to adding customized décor. In house event planners and designers are available to assist.
Rates are subject to change based on U.S. designated holidays.
