Christaz Place Booking Policy

To secure your date, a non-refundable 50% retainer and a $250 damage deposit is required. The remaining balance to be paid no later than 14 days to your event.

The damage deposit is refundable within 7-10 business days following the event, provided there are no incidentals or damages.

Please factor your Set-up and clean-up when booking the venue. Clients have the option to purchase extra hours for set-up or breakdown.

Booking the venue comes with:
50 Chiavari Chairs
5 - 60” Round Tables
8 Table Linens (black or white)
12' Food Table
1 Dessert Table / Gift Table
10' built-in bar area with prep table
Two Restrooms
Mobile Presentation Screen
Wi-Fi




Rate does not change if client wants to book the space alone without any tables and chairs.

Clients have the option to upgrade their rentals to adding customized décor. In house event planners and designers are available to assist.

Rates are subject to change based on U.S. designated holidays.
